Linnéuniversitetets media som återfinns på Lnu.se, mymoodle.lnu.se och play.lnu.se omfattas av vissa licenser satta individuellt på mediafilerna.

Upphovsrätten tillhör förstås alltid den som givit ut mediafilen, men din möjlighet att sprida vidare och använda dig av den kan skilja sig åt. Se metainformationen på respektive mediasida under länken "Show more".

Linnéuniversitetet använder sig av följande licensmodeller:

Om du inte hittar någon annan licens för användning i samband med mediafilen så får du utgå från att den är skyddad av normal copyright vilket innebär att du inte får använda den själv på något sätt (dock kan du länka till den) utan att ha en skriftlig överenskommelse med upphovsmannen.

Creative Commons

Det innebär i korthet att upphovsman ska anges, verket får inte användas i kommersiellt syfte, och om du som använder verket i sin tur delar det vidare ska göra det under samma licensvillkor.

All media found on Lnu.se, mymoodle.lnu.se and play.lnu.se are subject to licensing. The copyright is always in effect, and all rights are owned by the author but there might be Creative Commons licenses attached to individual media giving you an oppurtunity to use it. Look at the meta data for the media by clicking the link "Show more" underneath the player.

The Linnaeus University uses the following license models:

If you can not find any other license for usage in connection with the media it is protected by copyright laws and therefor you are not allowed to use it without a written consent by its author.

Creative Commons

In short this license gives you the right to use the media, but:

  1. You have to state the author, the name of the work and the license applied for the work.
  2. The usage of the work can only be in non-commercial settings. The work (or derivatives of it) can therefore not be sold or used in any commercial context.
  3. Every work created by or with the use of a licensed work can only be shared/distributed under the same conditions as the original work.
